Sam Clements is curating a fictional film festival. He'll accept almost anything, but the movie must not be longer than 90 minutes. This is the 90 Minutes Or Less Film Fest podcast.
In episode 39 Sam is joined by comedian, actor, musician, director and radio presenter Nick Helm.
Nick's been performing stand up since 2007 and his television credits include a starring role in Uncle for BBC Three. Nick directed, co-wrote and starred in the BAFTA nominated short film Elephant. Nick also co-presents Nick Helm and Nathaniel Metcalf's Fan Club on FUBAR Radio.
Nick has chosen Sam Raimi's third Evil Dead film; Army Of Darkness (86 minutes). Army Of Darkness was released in 1992 and stars Bruce Campbell as franchise lead Ash Williams.
Nick and Sam talk about being nominated for a BAFTA, Nick's life long appreciation of Bruce Campbell, the many different versions of Army Of Darkness and Nick remembers exactly when his childhood ended.

Joe has chosen Wes Anderson's 2009 stop motion animation Fantastic Mr. Fox (88 minutes). The film features voice work from George Clooney, Meryl Streep, Bill Murray, Owen Wilson, Willem Dafoe and Jarvis Cocker.
Joe and Sam talk about the challenges of adapting a book into film, the superb voice casting, the loss of potency in the American male and a funny dog.
